(sorry mein deutsch ist nicht sehr gut) also, ich empfehle durch der Gerichtshof der Europäischen Union der Rundfunksbeitrag zu klagen, so habe ich gemacht, und es ist eine gute Lösung.

Aus diesem Weg Mann kann online eine Juristische bzw. Politische Grund zeigen.

Auf der Internetseite wird Luxenburg als Gerichtsort genannt.

Laut der EU-Kommission müsste es aber der EGMR Strasbourg sein

Hallo unGEZahlt,

ich habe schon die Antwort vom den Gerichtshof der Europäischen Union bekommen, leider müssen wir nur in Deutschland gegen diese kriminelle (GEZ) Medeim-Beitrag kampfen. Die EU hat keine Einfluss vor Finanzierung des Fernsehen. The financing of public service broadcasting systems in the EU Member States is assessed by the European Commission in accordance with EU rules on state aid. The Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) prohibits the use of state aid in principal but it provides for certain exceptions to this general prohibition. In the field of broadcasting, financing is generally permitted to adequately fulfill the public service remit. The assessment of funding for public broadcasting is calculated according to the Commission Communication on the application of State aid rules to public service broadcasting, which was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Community law has recognized the role of public service broadcasting and leaves it to the Member States to regulate the system of public broadcasting and its financing. Different forms of state financing are conceivable, including funding through state assignments based on the national budget, a license fee, taxes, or other charges.
The financing of public service broadcasting in Germany was subject to a formal Commission Decision. In its Decision of 24 April 2007, the Commission found that in the case of charges for the financing of public service broadcasting in Germany, there are no concerns regarding EU competition rules. Die EU hat keinen Einfluss auf die Finanzierung des Fernsehen.

Wenn ARDZDFDR sich legal finanzieren könnten, ( von denen, die das bezahlen wollen ) wäre uns das ja egal.

Die EU müsste aber Einfluss u. a.:
auf die Grundrechtsbewahrung ( z. Bsp. Unverletzlichkeit des Gewissens - Ablehnung des Zwangsbeitrages aus Gewissensgründen ),
auf die Gleichbehandlung (bspw. der Wohnort könnte für die Gleichbehandlung auch eine Rolle spielen),
und Schutz der personenbezogenen Daten
haben.

Zumindest macht die EU-Kommission Werbung damit:

Beim EGMR Strasbourg müssten Beschwerden möglich sein.
